Day to day
CRM systems from the inside
I work on CRM systems, so I know sales, customer service and data from a side you don’t see in presentations.
About
You work directly with me. So it’s worth knowing who I am, what I do and how I approach the work.
I’m Filip Majewski. Day to day I work on CRM systems, so I know what a company looks like from the sales, customer service and data side.
I don’t sell technology for its own sake. I start by asking what this process costs you today, and only then choose tools. Thanks to AI, I can build it faster and for less than a traditional software house.
[TO FILL IN: 2–3 sentences about your path: industries, roles, what you’ve learned about companies.]

What I work on, what I’m learning and what I do away from the keyboard. Because clients buy trust in a person, not just code.

Training
October 2026, an engineering training and assessment on AgiBot G2 robots. Robotics is a direction I’m growing in.
See detailsHow I build
AI speeds up my code and tests, and I’m accountable for quality: I review every piece and check it on real data.
TO FILL IN
For example a new tool, technology or course you’re doing now. One sentence on why.
TO FILL IN
Hobbies, sport, music, travel. Anything that shows you as a person. Something specific works best.
TO FILL IN
Where you started, the industries and roles, and what shaped you as a consultant.
In October 2026 I attended an AgiBot engineering training in Shanghai and finished it with a Senior Field Engineer certificate.
Robotics is a field I’m growing in, not something I offer businesses. What matters to you is something else: it shows I can pick up a new, complex system quickly, understand its logic and connect it with the rest of your tools. The same skill applies to CRM, accounting and e-commerce integrations.
[TO FILL IN: 2–3 sentences on what the training taught you and what you’ll apply in client work.]

Start with a process audit. In a few days we’ll work out where time leaks and which of the three areas gives the biggest return.
