System integrations: CRM, accounting, shop and email in one flow of data

I connect programs that work separately today, so data flows between them on its own and in both directions.

Does this sound like you?

  • You enter the same data in two or three systems.
  • Stock levels, prices or order statuses differ between the shop and your system.
  • A new system is great but doesn’t talk to what you already have.
  • Nobody knows which system is the “real” one or whose data to trust.

What I’ll build for you

CRM and accounting

Customer, order and invoice in one chain, with no manual transfer.

Shop, stock and shipping

Stock levels, statuses and labels update on their own.

Forms and email to CRM

Every enquiry lands in the system together with its contact history.

Data sync and migration

A one-off move of data between systems, or a continuous sync with duplicate checks.

Monitoring dashboard

One place that shows what works and what needs attention.

How it works, step by step

  1. A call20 minutes. I listen to how your company works and tell you honestly whether I can help.
  2. AuditI map the processes, work out what manual work costs, and propose a plan with a quote.
  3. BuildI build in short stages and show you a working version after each one.
  4. HandoverWe test together on real data. You receive documentation and all access.
  5. SupportIf you want, I stay on to monitor and develop the system.

Questions about this service

Which systems can you connect?

Most popular business programs. On the call I check what can be connected and tell you plainly if it can’t be done or isn’t worth it.

What if a program is old or closed?

There are other routes: data export and import, email, and sometimes working through the interface itself. I’ll tell you plainly if it can’t be done or isn’t worth it.

What if the software vendor changes something?

With a support plan, I am. Vendor changes are a common cause of broken connections, which is why monitoring is part of support.

Not sure where to start?

Start with a process audit. In a few days we’ll work out where time leaks and which of the three areas gives the biggest return.
